What we collect
- Details you enter in the wellness check: name, WhatsApp number, area, age group, gender, height, weight, goal and routine answers (breakfast, water, exercise, protein foods).
- A single Yes / No answer on whether you have a health condition. We do not ask which condition.
- Which link brought you to our website (for example a Facebook or Instagram ad, or Google), so we can measure what works.
How we use it
- So that a coach can contact you on WhatsApp or by phone, as you requested.
- To give you general wellness guidance suited to your goal.
- To count, in total and without names, which ads and pages bring enquiries.
We never sell your information. We never send your health answers to advertising platforms.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in a secure, password-protected database on our web server, accessible only to the Elaras team. Your browser remembers only the ad source that brought you to the site.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, your details are deleted automatically after 12 months. If you become a client, we keep them while you use our service and for 12 months afterwards.
Your rights
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Send "DELETE" on WhatsApp and we will erase your details within 7 days and stop contacting you.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
